Diana Graduated Healing Mountain Massage school with 900 hours in Salt Lake City in 2017. She went to Nepal to get her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training shortly after. She believes body work can help nourish our body, mind, and spirit connection, which in return can benefit our relationship with ourselves and everyone around us. Diana customizes her body work to each human she works with combining different modalities she's trained in, and deep intuition. Diana uses deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, thai massage, shiatsu, craniosacral, and more. Diana is also trained in Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy to heal and balance the energetic body.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys connecting with nature and soaking up all that Moab has to offer. She loves to dance, paddle board, climb, mountain bike, and meditate by the water.
My Mission
I have a special gift and to me it is a sacred gift. I have this gift of tapping into others' nervous system to calm and relax their energetic bodies. I also have a gift of creating and moving energy in the physical body. With those skills and my many hours of education and knowledge of the body I want to give back to the world. I want those who come into my space and on to my table to leave feeling rejuvenated, refined, polished, aligned, and healed. When they leave and go back to their world they feel better, and pass that energy onto their network of connections. When we feel better, we do better. My mission is to hold space for people, and to be intuitive to what people need. If people need to release, let go, heal, or just relax, I am a vessel, connected to source to do this work. I am here to raise the vibration in self, and share that with others.
My Promise
Balance
I have been practicing for meany years, and know what workload I am capable of managing. I do not over work or over book myself to keep a healthy work/play/life balance.
Presence
I am present with each client, listening to the needs of the body in each moment.
Continuing Education
This work is a practice, and I continue to develop my skills with time. I continue to learn different techniques, and keep up on anatomy.
Self Care
To be a body worker is to take care of my vessel so I am energized and taken care of to give. I receive massages, along with maintaining a work out regimen, yoga practice, and balanced diet. I maintain work life balance, get sunshine, and take care of my spiritual and mental health.
